Company Brief

Samsara Holidays is one of the foremost travel companies from Nepal with highest grossing outbound for specific destinations. It is an online travel company established to plan and facilitate holiday packages and airline ticketing.

Aakash Labs has been working with Samsara holidays for since 2017. Its brand reputation, demand generation and push marketing in Digital Media is handled.

Objectives

  • Destination Marketing
    Holiday and tour packages to new destinations highlight various attractions and things to do. They seek to target specific market segments who would be most likely to visit their destination according to their preferences, travel history and likings.
  • Demand Generation
    Demand generation refers to any activity that drives awareness and interest in the product or service, with the ultimate goal to create a predictable pipeline that will grow your business. It’s an umbrella term that covers all your marketing and sales initiatives from every touchpoint in the customer’s journey–from initial prospect interest to upselling customers. Qualified leads that are generated with this strategy become actionable for the client.
  • Branding and Loyalty
    We analysed and researched the travel destinations, presented the tour itineraries in different ways including short videos, instant experience and download pdf options. The Samsara brand logo usage was constant in all designs with appropriate colour themes.
  • Offer Marketing
    Limited time offers, price discount offers and partner airlines offers were marketed via different ad formats via Google and Facebook. Each offer had its restraints and targets that we met successfully.
  • Customer Retention
    Attracting customers by offering the best deal of holidays for customer retention was a major objective of Samsara Holiday. We developed strategies as according to company’s objective.

  • Social Media Platform page
    For promoting destination and brand, we analysed the requirement of Samsara Holidays and their audience’s interest. We chose social media platform to promote holiday destination packages. Brand promotions of Samsara where most of the audience can be targeted was the most appropriate strategy to address the audience's interest in travel.
    Ads and Campaigns
    Our strategy is to create ads and campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. We targeted audiences with potential interest to travel abroad for holidays and generated ads and campaigns as per requirements. Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads are the most effective strategy for companies like Samsara.
  • Information and Leads Generation
    We identified and cultivated potential customers for respective travel destinations. Generating and collecting information of users like email, name, and destination interest was the strategy we used to collect information. Samsara Holidays via leads can follow them back and suggest and match their interest.
  • Feedback and Review Management
    Feedback and review from the experienced customers is very important for brand promotion. Banners of happy customers travelled with Samsara holidays and reviews on Facebook platform was the best strategy for brand management.

Results

  • Conversions
    After reviewing all suggested problems and the implementation of strategies, we successfully generated new clients as conversion of new car models. We converted website traffic audiences into potential clients. We generated almost 2400 active users within 30 days and almost 1100 active users within 14 days on websites.
  • Demand Generation via Video Marketing
    Branding and promotion was one of the major demands of Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. We promoted Shrinkhala Khatiwoda (Miss Nepal 2018, as brand ambassador of Mahindra) , promotional videos on Social Media Platforms and Google Ads. It increased brand resonance and market reputation of Mahindra XUV300.
  • Sold Out older Stocks
    We used remarketing strategy as we discussed above, to sell old stock, Mahindra KUV in 2017.
  • Data Sets for future targeted Marketing
    Analysed data sets on customers traffic are treasures on digital marketing strategy. It can be used for future reference and can re-target customers interest to create Likeable audiences.
  • Collected feedback on rating scale
    We created form to collect feedback from the customers.I worked as a platform where we created rating scale of dissatisfied, happy and Delighted emotions.
